沟槽管件的卡箍件选用的材料应采用球墨铸铁、铸钢(碳钢或不锈钢)或铸钢。
卡箍接头的橡胶密封圈材料应根据介质的性质和温度确定。对输送生活饮用水的管道可采用天然橡胶、合成橡胶或硅橡胶。对输送含油和化学品等介质的管道应采用合成橡胶。
